No warranties
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, security, compatibility with every system or account, or continued compatibility with any third-party platform.
We do not guarantee that Threads, Instagram, Meta, or any other platform will not change its interface, rules, detection systems, algorithms, policies, limits, enforcement methods, or technical behavior.
We do not guarantee account safety or survival, freedom from bans, checkpoints, shadowbans, restrictions or content removal, reach, engagement, income, growth, deliverability, or any specific result.
Assumption of risk
The user understands that automation involving third-party platforms always carries risk. The user voluntarily assumes all risks related to accounts, proxies, cookies, browser profiles, content, platform rules, limits, enforcement, and automation behavior.
Third parties
We do not control Threads, Instagram, Meta, proxy providers, account sellers, AI providers, payment systems, browsers, operating systems, devices, networks, or other third parties. We are not responsible for their actions, failures, changes, restrictions, decisions, downtime, or consequences.
Recommendations and materials
Any recommendations, settings, presets, limits, warm-up profiles, prompts, AI output, examples, documentation, or support guidance are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee any result.
User responsibility
The user is solely responsible for backups, account security, proxy quality, account quality, content legality, automation settings, rate limits, compliance with platform rules, and all consequences of posts, replies, comments, likes, follows, messages, and other actions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thredium is not liable for lost accounts, bans, restrictions, lost profits, lost revenue, data or opportunities, reputational harm, business interruption, platform sanctions, third-party claims, payment disputes, costs of proxies, accounts, AI APIs, or any other direct or indirect consequences of using the product.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In those cases, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
