A new account that follows a hundred people on day one looks unnatural. Warm-up builds activity step by step.

It scrolls the feed and at 30% likes about every third post. The session length is random within your range, so accounts don't finish together.

Open the documentationThreads publishes no official terms. The first days — feed and likes only: 15–45 minute sessions, likes up to 30%. Turn on follows and comments later. For a new account, plan 2–3 sessions before posting.
Likes up to 30%, follows up to 10%, comments up to 5%. Above that the app shows a yellow mark, and from 75%, 25% and 15% a red one.

No tool can promise that. Warm-up makes activity gradual; the decisions are made by Threads.
Yes: the «Schedule» block runs warm-up once or on chosen weekdays. That works better than one long session.
